Sarasota's Hottest Reservation of the Summer is Back: 21st Annual Savor Sarasota Kicks Off June 1

67 Restaurants Across Sarasota County Are Pulling Out All the Stops for Two Weeks of Prix-Fixe Dining You Won’t Want to Miss!

SARASOTA, FL, MAY 26, 2026 -- In just five days, Sarasota and its visitors are in for a delicious treat as Savor Sarasota kicks off this coming Monday for two weeks of incredible prix-fixe dining. Visit Sarasota County (VSC) is proud to present the 21st annual Savor Sarasota, running June 1 through June 14, 2026. This year, 67 restaurants are participating, from longtime Savor favorites to exciting new additions, spanning Sarasota County and beyond. They are all fired up and ready to plate, and here is the complete list of Visit Sarasota County's Savor Superstars!

During Savor Sarasota, participating restaurants offer exclusively crafted prix-fixe menus: a three-course dinner for $45 and, for those serving the midday crowd, a two-course lunch for just $25. And this year, chefs across the county are going above and beyond. Many are offering premium upgrades featuring higher-end and signature dishes, and nearly every kitchen is pairing each course with thoughtfully curated cocktails and wines. It is a dining experience that only comes once a year, and the restaurants know it.

“Savor Sarasota is one of my favorite times of the year in Sarasota, and honestly, how could it not be! Sixty-seven restaurants, two weeks, chefs creating special menus just for Savor... it’s what makes Sarasota such a delicious place to live and visit,” said Erin Duggan, President and CEO of Visit Sarasota County. “Savor Sarasota is also a powerful driver for our local economy, returning $1.2 million in revenue to participating restaurants last year. Every reservation made during these two weeks is a direct investment in our local restaurants, giving them a much-needed boost during these critical, yet slower, summer months.”

Menus, chef bios, the Flavor Trail, and the full restaurant list are available at SavorSarasota.com.

Sarasota County spans 725 square miles, running along the Gulf of Mexico coastline from the Manatee County border south to North Port. This year’s Savor Sarasota restaurant lineup runs from Downtown Sarasota, the barrier islands, to the UTC corridor and everywhere in between. Twenty-one years in, Savor Sarasota continues to do what it does best: bring people together over delicious food while supporting the local businesses that put our dining scene on the map for visitors and residents alike.

All participating restaurants are Visit Sarasota County partners. Not a VSC partner yet? Now’s the perfect time to join the fun and get your restaurant on the map.
