2025 USRowing Youth Beach Sprints National Championships

USRowing proudly presents the inaugural Youth Beach Sprints National Championships, a landmark event that brings the excitement of rowing's newest Olympic discipline to Lido Key Beach. Taking place just after the Youth National Championship, this event is designed to spark momentum and build enthusiasm for Beach Sprint rowing as it gears up for its debut at the 2028 Los Angeles Olympic Games.

From June 16–18, the event will welcome approximately 250 athletes, along with coaches, officials, spectators, and staff—totaling around 1,000 attendees.

June 16 kicks off with an Athlete Orientation, offering a hands-on introduction to Beach Sprint racing and a chance to train and familiarize with the unique sprint format.

June 17–18 will feature fast-paced, head-to-head knockout races, delivering thrilling action along the shores of South Lido Key Beach.

Coaches can also participate in a Learning & Development Coach Practical, led by USRowing, to further strengthen knowledge and best practices in Beach Sprints coaching and athlete development.
