Mauro Maglione, a native of Naples,Italy,  cultivated his passion for cooking from a young age, immersed in the rich culinary traditions of his hometown. After completing his training at a renowned culinary school in Milan, he enriched his background by working in several prestigious Italian restaurants. His culinary mastery focuses mainly on creating fresh pasta and fresh fish dishes inspired by the culinary traditions of his homeland.

Today, Mauro lives in Sarasota, Florida, where he has realized his dream of opening an Italian restaurant called La Dolce Vita. With a combination of authentic Italian flavors and a touch of personal creativity, his restaurant has become a true institution in the local community. Recently, Mauro received a prestigious award from Gambero Rosso, recognition of his culinary excellence and his commitment to taking authentic Italian cuisine beyond national borders.
