With a deep-rooted passion for cooking, Chef Kyia brings a unique blend of creativity and expertise. Her interest started at a young age as her mother was a culinary arts instructor. Hailing from Pittsburg, PA she is thrilled to be in a warmer climate.
Chef Kyia's talents include more than cooking! She is also an accomplished artist, making her the perfect fit for the vibrant and eclectic Bazaar crowd that frequents our eatery.
Hamlet’s Eatery will continue to offer traditional menu items as well as vegan items - hence the tagline, “to meat or not to meat”. They are open Wednesday 6-8pm (with trivia), every Thursday, Friday & Saturday 11-3pm and some Friday & Saturday nights for special events.
