Chef Fabiano is originally from Sao Paulo, Brazil. His travels and curiosity have inspired him to created cuisine that knows no bounds: fresh, seasonal, sensory and boundless.
Fabiano started working with Rodizio Grill in 2016. He started as a dishwasher and with his work ethic and enthusiasm, he moved up step by step in different departments until mid 2021 when he became Rodizio's Sarasota kitchen manager.
Fabiano worked for Rodizio Grill in Dever, CO, Voorhees, NJ and Sarasota, FL.
