Ingredients:

1 stick butter

1 cup sugar

2 eggs

½ teaspoon lime zest

1 ½ cup flour

¼ teaspoon baking powder

¼ teaspoon baking soda

½ teaspoon salt

¼ cup key lime juice

¼ cup milk

Directions:

Heat oven to 350. Grease an 8x4 loaf pan. Cream butter and sugar in a stand mixer until light and fluffy. Add eggs and lime zest and beat until fluffy. Combine dry ingredients (flour, baking powder, baking soda, and salt) in a bowl, and combine milk and key lime juice in a measuring cup. Alternate dry and wet ingredients beginning and ending with dry. Bake 40 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean. Cool completely and enjoy!
