Bring It Home Incentive

Designed to benefit Sarasota, Manatee and Charlotte County organizations and businesses hosting meetings and events in Sarasota County, this program focuses on the benefits of uninterrupted group collaboration and camaraderie. The Incentive is distributed in the form of a hotel room rebate, equal to $10 per room night generated. Payment will be dispensed after the event concludes and required documents are submitted to VSC.

Bring It Home Program Details 

• Rooms on Peak are defined as the highest number of rooms booked on a single night in all the applicant’s Sarasota County hotel room blocks throughout the duration of stay. If the meeting does not have a minimum of 10 Rooms on Peak, incentive will be forfeited.
• Total Rooms Cash Rebate is for all consecutive room nights combined.
• Minimum total rebate is $100.00; Maximum total rebate is $3,750.00. 
• Incentive will be distributed after culmination of meeting, on a reimbursement basis.
• Incentive options and Incentive funds are subject to availability and will be awarded on a first-come-first-served basis. Program cannot be combined with any other offers provided by Visit Sarasota County.
• Visit Sarasota County reserves the right to discontinue program at any time.
